Nathaniel Navey is a San Antonio native who is proud to defend the rights of those in his community.

During law school, he investigated potential wrongful convictions as part of the Oklahoma Innocence Project. He was the first student who began the investigation into the case of Willard O'Neal, a Tulsa man convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison who was eventually exonerated.
Nathaniel thereafter began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Cameron County District Attorney's Office in Brownsville, TX. When he left the DA's Office, he was a first chair felony prosecutor who had tried over 20 felony cases including aggravated robbery, sexual assaults, and intoxication manslaughter.​
Nathaniel returned to San Antonio as a criminal defense attorney at a large firm. He represented those accused of crimes ranging from DWIs all the way up to first degree felonies. In his first 8 months, he helped achieved 7 Not Guilty jury verdicts for his clients. Now, he continues vigorously defending his clients as the owner of The Navey Law Firm, PLLC.
